The Bride programme.

Start three months before your day. Skin first, so everything after it looks better. The finishing touches at six weeks. A glow in your last ten days — and nothing new in the week before.

How the plan works.

Brides make two mistakes: starting too late, and doing too much too close to the day. The fix is a calendar. At three months we start with the skin — a booster course or Salmon DNA — because good skin makes every photo better and makes some treatments unnecessary. At six weeks, Botox and any filler, so they are fully settled and any swelling is long gone. At ten days, a hydration booster for glow. In the last week, nothing but skincare.

The whole thing is written down at your first visit, with dates, so you know what's coming and there are no surprises. Mothers and sisters are welcome to plan alongside.

12 weeks outConsultation, photos, and the skin course begins.
8 weeks outSecond skin session. Hands and neck if needed.
6 weeks outBotox for lines; any filler for lips, cheeks or chin.
4 weeks outCheck-in and small adjustments. Last chance for filler.
10 days outHydration booster for glow. No new treatments after this.
The last weekSkincare, sleep, water. Nothing injected.

Three months is enough.

Less than six weeks is a risk we will talk you out of. Rested skin and a settled face photograph better than anything done in a rush.

Plan with us

Your first visit.

  1. Consultation & analysisYour face as a whole, your skin, the date, the dress and the make-up you are planning. Photos in the same light we will use throughout.
  2. A dated planEvery session on a calendar, from today to the last week. You leave with it in writing and in the Injection Studio Community app.
  3. Skin firstThe booster or Salmon DNA course starts the same day if you are ready.
  4. Check-ins along the wayA short visit every few weeks, and a final check 10 days before. We adjust as we go; we never add anything in the last week.

Questions brides ask.

When should a bride start Botox and filler?

Botox six to eight weeks before, so it is fully settled and natural. Filler six weeks before at the latest, so all swelling is gone and there is time for a small adjustment at four weeks.

What if my wedding is in a month?

Then we do skin: a booster for glow now and again at ten days, and perhaps Botox if there are five weeks. We won't do filler, biostimulators or fat-dissolving that close. We would rather you look rested than risk swelling in your photos.

What should I avoid in the last week?

Any injection, any peel, any new skincare product, sunbathing, and alcohol the night before. Sleep and water do more than anything we can inject at that point.

Will I look like myself?

That is the whole point of the programme. Everything is placed to look settled and natural by the day. Your fiancé should see you, only rested.

Can my mother or sister join?

Yes. Many of our brides come with their mothers. We plan them on the same calendar, with their own sessions.

Does the programme include a facial or skincare?

The injectables are the programme. We write a simple skincare routine for the three months and tell you what to stop and when. We can recommend where to go for facials.

How much does the Bride programme cost?

It depends on what your skin needs — some brides need only the skin course. Dr. Sara gives you the full dated plan and its cost at the first visit, before anything is done.
