Skin boosters in Alexandria.

Hydration, glow and firmness placed inside the skin itself — not volume, not filling. Profhilo, Jalupro, RRS and Salmon DNA, chosen for what your skin needs, usually as a short course.

What skin boosters do.

A skin booster is injected into the skin, not under it. It doesn't add volume or change your features. It feeds the skin: deep hydration, more elasticity, finer texture and a glow that make-up can't fake. The effect builds over weeks as the skin responds, so most boosters are done as a course of 2 to 4 sessions, then a top-up every 6 to 9 months.

At Injection Studio we don't have one booster for everyone. Dull, dehydrated skin, early laxity on the neck, crêpey hands and skin after acne each call for a different product. Dr. Sara picks it at the consultation.

FaceGlow, hydration and fine lines on the cheeks and forehead.
NeckHorizontal lines and early crêpiness.
Under the eyesDark, thin, tired skin — gently, with polynucleotides.
HandsThin, veiny skin on the back of the hands.
DécolletageSun lines on the chest.
After acneTexture and redness once the acne is calm.

The boosters we use

Four products, each with a different job. Together they cover almost every skin-quality question we hear.

ProfhiloPure hyaluronic acid with no cross-linking, placed in 5 points on each side. It spreads under the skin for hydration and a tightening effect. Two sessions, a month apart. Best for early laxity and dull skin.
JaluproAmino acids with hyaluronic acid, to feed the fibroblasts that make collagen. Good for tired, thin skin, the neck and the under-eye. A course of 3 to 4 sessions.
RRSA range of mesotherapy boosters (hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants) chosen by skin type: HA for hydration, brightening for pigment, firming for laxity. Often the first course for younger skin.
Salmon DNA (polynucleotides)DNA fragments from salmon that repair and regenerate the skin and calm inflammation. The booster of choice for the under-eye, after-acne skin, and skin that heals slowly. A course of 3 sessions, 2–3 weeks apart.

Skin first, then everything else.

Good skin makes every other treatment look better, and sometimes makes it unnecessary. It's where most of our plans start.

Questions people ask.

What is the difference between a skin booster and filler?

Filler adds volume under the skin to shape or lift. A skin booster goes into the skin to improve its quality: hydration, glow, texture and firmness. A booster never changes your features.

Profhilo or Salmon DNA — which one is for me?

Profhilo is for dull, dry skin and early laxity on the face and neck. Salmon DNA (polynucleotides) is for repair: the under-eye, after acne, thin or slow-healing skin. Dr. Sara often combines them in one plan.

How many sessions do I need?

Profhilo is two sessions a month apart. Jalupro, RRS and Salmon DNA are usually three to four sessions, two to three weeks apart. Then one top-up every six to nine months.

When will I see the result?

A glow shows within a week. Firmness and texture improve over four to eight weeks as the skin builds collagen, and keep improving through the course.

Is there downtime?

Small bumps at the injection points for a few hours, sometimes a tiny bruise. You can go back to your day. We ask you to skip make-up for 12 hours.

Are skin boosters safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. We postpone all injectables until after breastfeeding. We go through your health history at the consultation.

How much do skin boosters cost?

It depends on the product and the number of sessions. Dr. Sara gives you the exact plan and its cost at the consultation, before any treatment.
