Hair injections in Alexandria.

Thinning hair, a widening parting, shedding after pregnancy, stress or illness. Hair mesotherapy, GCELL and PRP wake the follicles that are still there — before they're gone.

What hair injections do.

Hair that's thinning is usually hair whose follicles have gone quiet, not died. Hair injections put nutrients, growth factors and signals straight into the scalp, where a shampoo or a tablet can't reach them, to push those follicles back into growth, thicken each strand and slow the shedding.

The three we use — mesotherapy, GCELL and PRP — do this in different ways, and Dr. Sara usually combines them. What matters most is starting early: an injection can wake a sleeping follicle, but nothing wakes one that's gone. The first new growth shows at about 3 months; the full result at 6.

A widening partingThe most common sign in women.
Thinning at the crownIn men and women.
Receding templesThe hairline, in men and after pregnancy.
Shedding after pregnancyTelogen effluvium: usually 3–6 months after birth.
After illness, stress or dietingSudden shedding that hasn't settled on its own.
Before and after a transplantTo protect and strengthen the hair you keep.

The three treatments

Usually a course of 4 to 6 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart, then maintenance every 2 to 3 months.

Hair mesotherapyA cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and peptides micro-injected across the scalp. The foundation of every hair plan. Feeds the follicle and improves blood flow. 6 sessions, 2 weeks apart.
GCELLA regenerative treatment: a concentrate of growth factors and signalling molecules placed into the scalp to reactivate the follicle's own stem cells. For thinning that mesotherapy alone isn't fixing. 3 to 4 sessions, a month apart.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma)Your own blood, spun to concentrate the platelets, injected back into the scalp. Growth factors from your own body, with no risk of reaction. 4 sessions, a month apart, often combined with mesotherapy.

Keep the hair you still have.

Every month of waiting is a month of follicles going quiet. The best time to treat thinning hair is when you first notice it.

  1. Consultation & scalp analysisWe look at your scalp closely, ask about your health, iron, thyroid and hormones, and may ask for blood tests. Hair loss has causes, and we treat them, not just the symptom.
  2. A plan for your hairWhich treatment, how many sessions, and what to take or use at home. Plus the honest timeline: what to expect at 3 months and at 6.
  3. The treatmentNumbing cream on the scalp, then quick micro-injections across the thinning areas. About 30 minutes. No downtime; you can wash your hair the next day.
  4. Tracking & maintenancePhotos at every visit, under the same light, so progress is measured, not guessed. After the course, a session every 2–3 months keeps the result.

Questions people ask.

Does hair mesotherapy really work?

For thinning hair where the follicles are still alive, yes: thicker strands, less shedding and new growth at the parting are the usual results. It doesn't bring back hair from areas that have been bald and smooth for years.

What is GCELL?

A regenerative hair treatment based on growth factors and cell-signalling molecules that reactivate the follicle's own stem cells. We use it for thinning that hasn't responded enough to mesotherapy or PRP alone.

Mesotherapy, GCELL or PRP — which one for me?

Mesotherapy is the base for everyone. PRP suits people who want a treatment made from their own blood. GCELL is for more advanced thinning. Most plans combine two of them. Dr. Sara decides at the consultation after examining the scalp.

How many sessions, and when will I see results?

A course of 4 to 6 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart. Shedding slows within the first month or two. New growth shows at about 3 months and the full result at 6. Then maintenance every 2–3 months.

Does it hurt?

A numbing cream goes on first. The injections are very shallow and fast. Most people describe it as tolerable pinpricks.

Is it for men as well as women?

Yes. Men with early male-pattern thinning respond well, especially combined with the right medical treatment. Women with a widening parting or post-pregnancy shedding are our most common patients.

How much does hair mesotherapy cost?

It depends on the treatment and the number of sessions. Dr. Sara gives you the exact plan and its cost at the consultation, before any treatment.
