Dr. Sara El Hamawy is a plastic surgeon who chose, more than a decade ago, to dedicate her practice to aesthetic injectables: Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, collagen stimulators and regenerative treatments. Born and raised in Alexandria, she founded Injection Studio in Smouha to practise one idea: that aesthetic medicine should preserve a face's story, not rewrite it.
Her surgical training gives her what most injectors don't have: a working knowledge of the anatomy under the skin — the vessels, the fat compartments, the ligaments — learned in the operating room, not on a diagram. It shows in how little she injects, and in where she places it.
Enhancing, not altering. The best result is the one your friends can't name; they just think you slept well.
How she works
Every visit starts with the whole face, in motion. Dr. Sara looks at proportions, skin and expression before any single area, and she will often treat somewhere other than where you pointed, because that is where the cause is. She plans in small amounts over time rather than one big session, and she says no when the honest answer is no.

Training & credentials
Dr. Sara El Hamawy trained in plastic surgery and has worked in aesthetic injectables since 2014. She earned her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, and is a member of ECAMS. She has completed advanced injector training with ECAMS and UMA Academy, and attends ICCE, Cairo Face and IADA to keep up with new products and techniques.
She is registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate (no. 243016).
