Is it safe?
The question nobody asks out loud, answered in full. Here is exactly what stands between you and a bad outcome at Injection Studio.
Only Dr. Sara El Hamawy injects. A plastic surgeon with more than twelve years of injectables, registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate. No nurse, no beautician, no trainee ever injects a patient here. The nurse prepares the room and never touches patient records.
Every vial and syringe is an original, registered product bought from the official Egyptian distributor, kept in the fridge, and opened in front of you. The batch number is recorded in your file. Botox is diluted while you watch and the units per area are written down and visible in your app. Nothing is split between patients, nothing is pre-filled in another room.
Single-use needles, cannulas, gloves and drapes, opened at the chair. The skin is cleaned with chlorhexidine before any needle. Surfaces are disinfected between patients. The clinic is a registered medical facility, not a salon or a flat.
A consultation first, with your medical history, medicines, allergies and photographs in the same light. You sign a consent that explains the treatment, the alternatives and the risks in your language. We do not treat under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, during an active skin infection, or when the goal is not realistic.
Every injectable has a rare serious complication: a blocked blood vessel after filler. Hyaluronidase, the enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid filler, is always in the room, and Dr. Sara treats a vascular event on the spot. You leave with her direct number and a written list of the signs that need a same-day call. Nobody here will tell you to "wait and see" a white or purple patch.
A check at two weeks is part of every treatment, not an extra. Your aftercare is in the app the same day. If a result is uneven or you dislike it, hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved; Botox wears off in weeks.
A fourth syringe in the lips. Filler for puffiness under the eyes. Biostimulators in the lips or under the eyes. Treating someone who has been treated elsewhere last week. Any product we cannot show you the box of. Anything we would not do on our own faces.
Your photos and file are in a medical database with access logs; staff see only what their job needs. Nothing is published without your signed consent, and you can withdraw it any time.
Quick answers
Is Botox safe long term?
Botulinum toxin has been used medically since the 1980s and cosmetically since 2002 with an excellent safety record at cosmetic doses. The risks are temporary: a heavy brow or uneven smile for a few weeks if placement is off.
Is filler safe?
Hyaluronic acid filler is safe in trained hands and reversible. The serious risk, a blocked vessel, is rare and treatable within hours with hyaluronidase, which we keep in the room.
Can I see your qualifications?
Yes. Ask at the desk or on WhatsApp; the syndicate registration is shown on request.
What if I have an allergy?
Tell us at the consultation. Lidocaine allergy changes which products we use; a history of severe allergic reactions means we go slower.
