Lip filler in Alexandria.
Shape, definition and hydration with hyaluronic acid — half a syringe at a time, measured to your proportions, so the result is your mouth, only better.
What lip filler does.
Lip filler is hyaluronic acid, placed in small amounts where the lip needs it: a clearer border, a fuller centre, a lifted corner, or just hydration so the lips stop looking dry and lined. It can also balance a lip that is thinner than the other, or restore what time has taken.
The amount is the whole game. At Injection Studio we usually start with half a syringe to one syringe and we would rather see you again for a little more than send you home with too much. Results last 9 to 12 months and, if you ever change your mind, the gel can be dissolved.
Your lips, not a trend.
We don't do "Russian lips" or duck lips. We do yours: the shape you were born with, hydrated and balanced.
Your visit.
- Consultation & analysisWe look at your lips at rest and when you speak and smile, and at how they sit with your nose and chin. We agree on the look you want from photos of your own face, not someone else's.
- A plan for your lipsHow much, where, and which product. Soft for hydration, firmer for definition.
- The treatmentNumbing cream for 20 minutes, then precise injections. About 30 minutes. You see the result immediately, with some swelling.
- Aftercare & check-inIce, no kissing or lipstick for a day, no hard exercise or sauna for two. Swelling settles over 2–5 days. We check in at two weeks and adjust if needed.
Questions people ask.
Does lip filler hurt?
Lips are sensitive, so we use numbing cream first and the filler itself contains a local anaesthetic. Most people describe pressure and a few sharp moments rather than pain.
How much filler do I need?
Most first visits use half to one syringe (0.5–1 ml). More than that in one go is how lips end up looking done. We would rather add a little at two weeks.
How long does lip filler last?
Around 9 to 12 months. The lips move a lot, so filler there fades sooner than in the cheeks. Top-ups need less product than the first visit.
How bad is the swelling?
Expect noticeable swelling for 2 to 3 days, sometimes up to 5, and possibly a small bruise. The lips look bigger than the final result during this time. Plan at least two weeks before an event.
Will it look natural?
That depends entirely on how much and where. Our approach is small amounts, placed for shape and hydration, in proportion to your face. People should notice you look well, not that you had something done.
Can lip filler be removed?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with an enzyme in minutes. It is one of the reasons we only use HA fillers in the lips.
How much does lip filler cost?
It depends on the product and how much you need. Dr. Sara gives you the exact plan and its cost at the consultation, before any treatment.
